Inviting light rooms with large windows and minimalistic, modern fittings. All rooms are marble floored and exude a feel-good atmosphere.

On the ground floor, there extends an open-plan lounge with adjacent dining area. The adjoining generously equipped kitchen with dishwasher and electric cooker inspires you to prepare culinary delights. Two of the bedrooms and two bathrooms are likewise on the lower floor.

On the upper floor of the villa, there is the open gallery with one double bed. From there, you access the master suite and dressing room, which opens onto a very spacious roof terrace with a 270 degree panoramic view.

The villa’s outdoor area houses a 32 square metres pool. Long relaxing hours can be spent sunbathing on the numerous loungers and seats. The beautiful terrace will encourage you to indulge in a substantial breakfast, or a glass of red wine into the early hours. There are parking spaces for several vehicles in the outdoor area.

The roof terrace affords a breathtaking view of the open sea, and across the Bay of Palma to the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. In the evening you can see the gleaming lights of Palma town, and enjoy the impressive sunsets.
